About us

We build the platforms
students actually sit down with.

Skelro Technologies is a Bengaluru-based education-technology company. We make exam-preparation software for India’s highest-stakes entrance examinations, and we license the same system to the coaching institutes preparing students for them.

Our mission

Serious preparation shouldn’t depend on a postcode.

Two million students sit JEE and NEET every year. A small minority of them can afford a top coaching centre in Kota or Hyderabad, with a test series, a mentor and honest feedback about where they stand. The rest are handed a stack of PDFs and told to work hard.

The gap between those two groups is not talent. It is instrumentation — and instrumentation is a software problem. That is the whole of what we do: give every student the question bank, the real exam conditions and the honest measurement that used to cost a lakh a year.

Every student deserves to know exactly where they stand, early enough to do something about it.

What we believe

Five positions that decide most of our arguments

These are not values on a wall. Each one has cost us something — a shipping date, a feature, a revenue line — which is how we know we mean them.

01

A wrong question is worse than a missing one

Every item is reviewed by a human before it publishes, and carries a full worked solution. We would rather ship a smaller bank than a bigger one a student cannot trust. Volume is a vanity metric; correctness is the product.

02

Measurement should be uncomfortable

It is easy to build analytics that flatter. Ours are built to surface the weakest chapter first, in December rather than April, even when that is not what a student wants to open the app and see.

03

The interface is part of the exam

Students lose real marks to an unfamiliar portal. So we reproduce it — palette, navigation, clock, auto-submit — rather than building something prettier that teaches the wrong reflexes.

04

Price for the whole country

One student, one plan, a fixed 12-month term with no auto-renewal and no dark patterns, plus a free tier that is genuinely usable. If a family has to think twice about the price, we have not finished the job.

05

Teachers are partners, not competition

The best coaching teachers are extraordinary, and no platform replaces them. So we built Centers to hand them our software under their own name rather than trying to take their students.

IN PRACTICE

Judge us on the free tier

The fastest way to test any of this is to sit a free mock on NEETnify or open the student tools on JEEnify without an account. Nothing there is behind a form.

How we got here

Built by engineers who kept meeting the same problem

Skelro started with a narrow question: could a paper PDF be turned reliably into structured, solved, taggable questions at scale? Answering it properly took a document pipeline, a vision-model workflow, a de-duplication layer and a human review console — and once that existed, the platform around it followed.

JEEnify came first, aimed at JEE Main. NEETnify followed when it became obvious the same engine, pointed at a different syllabus, was worth more than a second company. Skelro Centers came third, and only because coaching institutes kept asking whether they could run our platform for their own batch.

We are a small team in Bengaluru. That shows up as an unusually short distance between a student writing to support and an engineer changing the thing they complained about.

  1. The content pipeline

Extraction, structuring, solution generation, de-duplication and a human review gate — the foundation everything else stands on.

  2. JEEnify

A JEE Main platform with the question bank, PYQ archive, exam engine and analytics wired together.

  3. NEETnify

The same engine turned toward NEET UG, with a deeper PYQ archive and a genuinely free mock tier.

  4. Skelro Centers

Multi-tenancy, a paper builder and batch analytics, so any institute can run the platform as its own.

Come build it with us.

Small team, unusually large surface area, and work whose outcome is visible in a student’s rank.
