Demo centres set up within a day

Run your coaching centre on a real exam platform.

Stop hand-picking questions, printing papers, grading them by hand and messaging scores on WhatsApp. Skelro Centers gives your institute the whole system — under your name, on your own URL, private to your batch.

The week you actually have

What running a test series costs you today

None of this is a failure of effort. It is a failure of tooling — and it is the same six problems in almost every centre we talk to.

Papers set by hand

Every week a teacher hand-picks questions, balances the difficulty and formats a paper — hours of work before a single student sits down.

Grading by hand

After each test someone checks every paper, totals the marks and messages scores one by one. Slow, mistake-prone, and unimpressive to parents.

No idea which chapters are weak

You can see who scored low, but not which topics the batch keeps getting wrong — so revision planning becomes guesswork.

Answer-sharing is easy

When everyone gets the same printed paper in the same order, a student can copy a neighbour or pass answers around in minutes.

Progress is never tracked

Once a test is over the scores sit in a register or a chat and are never looked at again. No view of how a student improves across the year.

Students use scattered apps

Your tests in one place, PYQs in another, mock tests somewhere else — nothing connects, and none of it carries your centre’s name.

Already have question PDFs? Upload them.

  • Send us your question PDF and we digitise it into a live, gradeable test
  • Track the request from your dashboard; your students are notified the moment it is ready
  • Your content stays yours — it lives inside your centre and joins no shared bank

Decades of your own material become a searchable, assignable, automatically graded bank.

What you finally get to see

Batch analytics, not a register of marks

After every test you get the two views that change what you teach next week: which student is slipping, and which chapter the whole batch is failing.

  • Per-student — score, percentile, chapter accuracy, pace and a progress line across the year
  • Per-batch — the weakest chapters ranked, so revision is planned from evidence
  • Per-test — submission tracking, score distribution and item-level difficulty
  • Exportable — shareable with parents without retyping anything

And your students get the full app

A centre account is not a stripped-down portal. Your students get the same JEEnify or NEETnify experience every other student gets — the question bank, the PYQ archive, the national live mocks, formula sheets and their own analytics — with your centre’s tests sitting inside it.

  • Works on mobile and desktop, installable as an app
  • Private to your centre — nobody else sees your papers or your results
  • Your branding on the pages your students and parents actually look at
Getting started

From first call to first test in a week

There is no procurement cycle and no installation. A demo centre is a live centre with sample data in it — you can hand it to a teacher the same afternoon.

  1. Tell us about your centre

Exam, batch sizes, subjects, and how you run your test series today.

  2. We set up your centre

Your URL, your centre code, your logo and name, with login details emailed to you.

  3. Build your first paper

We walk a teacher through the paper builder on a call. Most centres publish their first test the same day.

  4. Add your students

Share the centre code; students join and request access, and you approve them from the dashboard.

  5. Run it and read the analytics

Schedule the exam, watch submissions arrive, and open the batch view when it closes.

Questions centres ask

Before you commit

Is our student and paper data private to us?
Yes. A centre is an isolated tenant: your students, your papers, your results and your notices are visible only inside your centre. Content you upload stays yours and does not join the shared question bank unless you ask us to publish it.
Can we still run paper exams?
Yes. Every paper exports as a printable PDF carrying your logo, centre name, max marks, marking scheme and instructions. Many centres print for the weekly test and run the monthly one digitally.
What if our teachers aren't comfortable with software?
The paper builder is designed around one question: which subjects, how many questions, which method. We onboard a teacher on a call, and the demo centre lets them practise on sample data before touching a real batch.
Do we need a minimum batch size?
No. We work with centres running a single batch of twenty and with institutes running several hundred students across branches. Tell us your numbers and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for you.
What does it cost?
Centre pricing depends on batch size and which exam you teach, so we quote it directly rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most centres. The demo is free and there is no commitment attached to it.

See it with your own paper.

Send us one of your existing question PDFs. We will digitise it and show you your own test running in the exam interface, branded as your centre.
