I’m a student with a payment or account problem
Write to the product’s own support address — support@jeenify.com or support@neetnify.com. Include the email address on the account and, for a payment issue, the transaction reference. That reaches the right person fastest.
I think a question or solution is wrong
Please tell us — use the in-app feedback control on the question itself, which sends us the exact item, or write to the product support address with the question and what you believe is wrong. Content corrections are triaged ahead of most other mail.
How much does a coaching centre cost?
It depends on batch size and the exam you teach, so we quote it directly rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most centres. The demo centre is free and carries no commitment.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one working day. Around live mocks and in the fortnight before an exam it can take longer — student support is prioritised over everything else in those weeks.
